For Blue Cycle, AndesAnimations created a factory simulation animation to demonstrate how the factory would ultimately operate. As Blue Cycle did not have existing 3D models available, AndesAnimations designed and built the entire factory from scratch in 3D. However, if CAD models are available, we are also able to work directly with those.

To accurately depict each step of the process, we received clear explanations of how every stage of the factory operation functions. Using this information, along with manuals and technical drawings, we were able to create a detailed and accurate 3D animation of the complete process.
As shown in this part of the animation, 3D animation makes it possible to clearly demonstrate how the different steps of the process work from the inside out.
In this section, the pyrolysis process is visualized. As with other parts of the animation, 3D animation allows us to reveal the interior of the machinery, something that is, of course, impossible to see in real life.
3D animation allows you to show potential customers how a factory will operate even before it exists. And even when a factory is already built, 3D animation provides the unique ability to visualize its operation from viewpoints that would otherwise be impossible.
